The delivery & shipping guide is calculated at the checkout on the day you place the order. 

Delivery Information and Charges

We strive to offer reliable and efficient delivery services across Australia. Below is a summary of our typical delivery charges and terms:

Standard Delivery Options:

  • Standard Delivery: $12.99 – Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.

  • Australia Post Express Delivery: $14.99 – Estimated delivery within 1–4 business days.

Courier Services:

For items exceeding 0.8m in length, delivery will require a courier service such as TNT, DHL, or FedEx. These services incur additional charges, which will be quoted based on the delivery location and package specifications.

For bulk orders, we also use courier services such as TNT, DHL, or FedEx. Delivery charges for these orders are calculated separately and provided via a formal quote upon request.

Dispatch Times:

  • Next-Day Dispatch is available for small-volume orders placed before 11:00 AM AEST, subject to stock availability.

  • Orders placed after 8:00 PM AEST will have delivery timeframes calculated from the next business day.

  • If your order is urgent or time-sensitive, we recommend contacting us directly to confirm availability and dispatch timelines.

Please note: Next-day dispatch cannot be guaranteed for all products or in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather disruptions, courier delays, supply issues).

Delivery Charge Estimates:

The delivery charges outlined above are estimates only. Final delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. A precise quote can also be provided upon request for larger or specialized orders.

Exceptions:

Some products may have different delivery methods or timeframes. Please refer to our “Exceptions” section for a detailed list of items with alternate delivery options.

  • Qty 1-3: 3 Business Days after the approval of artwork and payment
  • Qty 4-10: 4 Business Days after the approval of artwork and payment
  • Qty 11-25: 5 Business Days the approval of artwork and payment
  • Qty 26-50: 10 Business Days after the approval of artwork and payment
  • Qty 51-100: 15 Business Days after the approval of artwork and payment
  • Qty 100+: as per the requirement and our capacity

Boxers, Dog Tanks, Gaming Mouse Pads, Tote Bags and Cushion Covers

  • Qty 1-3: 3 Business Days after the approval of artwork and payment
  • Qty 4-10: 5 Business Days after the approval of artwork and payment
  • Qty 11-25: 7 Business Days the approval of artwork and payment

  • Qty 51-100: 18 Business Days after the approval of artwork and payment
