How to set up the banner?

1 - Each Printyo pull up banner comes with a base, a graphic, a pole and a padded carry bag as standard except A3 and A4 size pull up banner. 2 - Take out each element of the pull up banner from the padded carry bag. 3 - Twist the legs if the banner has legs. 4 - Put together the poles and push it into the base hole. 5 - Pull the graphic from the base and fit the pole connector with the graphic top bar. 6 - If you have a double sided banner, repeat the above step

Can they be used outdoor?

Yes, they can be used outdoor occasionally for few hours.

Can you help us design my pull up banner

Yes absolutely, we will help you design your banner. Infact, basic design set up is absolutely FREE. While placing the order, simple upload raw files, graphics, images with your instructions and we will do the rest.

What is the turnaround?

We can dispatch your order as early as next working day. However, if the quantity is more than 5 or its rush time, the processing might take couple of extra days.

Can I order banner own its own without the stand?

Yes you can order the graphic own its own as well.

How much of the banner is hidden in the stand?

About 70mm is hidden in the stand, however we take that into account when we print and adjust the design accordingly.

What is the bleed area with safety margins?

Bleed area is 5mm and safety margin is also 5mm.

What is tension pin and what is the use of it?

Tension pin is used to hold core to its position. When you remove the tension pin, you can hang the banner again and again.

Do you sell any spare parts if they are damaged or break down?

Unfortunately, we do not sell spare parts.

Do you sell pull up banners according to shopping mall guidelines?

Yes we do sell banners as per shopping mall guidelines. You can choose from 850x1500mm and 850mm x 1200mm.

How much does it cost to put up banners?

Do I need permission to put up a banner?

What is the best material for pull up banner?

Vinyl is the best material for pull up banners.

How do you secure a pull up banner?

You just need to stick your banner to the adhesive strip that sticks out from the unit's base. Then, remove the tension pin from the base's side to have your banner retract back into the base. Hence, it can be popped up again whenever you need it.

How long do retractable banners last?

With appropriate storage after each use, frequent indoor use, and a pull up banner made of high-quality materials can endure for many years. All you need to do is look into the care and maintenance.

Why is my pull up banner not retracting?

Simply hoist up the banner (as if to set it up) halt, and let it retract. The mechanism could take a few tries, but the mechanism should engage and retract as it should.

The delivery & shipping guide is calculated at the checkout on the day you place the order.

For bulk orders, we typically use TNT and Sendle. Delivery cost is Free for orders above $200 except products in drinkware.

Next-day dispatch is applicable to orders of lower volume and must be ordered before 11 am. During checkout for every order, we will show the exact delivery cost.

Next-day dispatch is subject to stock availability. if your order is urgent and have a deadline, please communicate with us.

However, we cannot guarantee next-day dispatch for certain products or in case of some unforeseen circumstances.
