Is there a limit on the number of faces I can get printed on the socks?

You can get as many as you want. For quality purposes, we suggest sending one or two faces along with your custom text.

I want to get my own logo printed on the sock. Is it possible?

We offer free artwork check and prior approval before printing. We’ll reach out to you via mail.

Can you help me with the design?

Yes, our experts are happy to assist you with your design. We’ll not charge extra unless it needs us to trace a particular design or logo. Our team makes sure your products are professionally aesthetic.

Does the ink crack or fade over time?

No. Our sublimation process makes sure the ink doesn’t fade with time. In fact, all our apparels are “no feel.” You won’t feel the ink or any sort of cracking.

What about the color match?

We use the latest cutting-edge design and printing technology to give you perfect colors. However, due to different monitor and screen specifications, there can be a very slight difference.

Can I wash these socks?

You can machine-wash our socks, inside-out with cold water. Make sure you tumble dry them on low heat or line dry. For long-lasting socks, wash them with a mild detergent. Avoid the use of fabric softener and dryer sheets.

What are your dispatch and delivery durations?

Bulk orders take time depending upon the order size. We notify you about it after you place the order. For other orders, our usual dispatch time is within 24-48 hours. Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days to metro cities and suburbs. We deliver via Australian Post.

What are your shipping costs?

We deliver via Australian Post most of our orders. Shipping cost starts from $8.95.

Enter your shipping details. Select the shipping method and mode of payment and click Place Order. You will receive order confirmation email with the details. We will then process your order and send you the design preview within 1 business day. Once you check and approve, we will then print your order as per the dispatch time.

The delivery & shipping guide is calculated at the checkout on the day you place the order.

For bulk orders, we typically use TNT and Sendle. Delivery cost is Free for orders above $200 except products in drinkware.

Next-day dispatch is applicable to orders of lower volume and must be ordered before 11 am. During checkout for every order, we will show the exact delivery cost.

Next-day dispatch is subject to stock availability. if your order is urgent and have a deadline, please communicate with us.

However, we cannot guarantee next-day dispatch for certain products or in case of some unforeseen circumstances.
