How will you print on mugs?

We use special high-quality inks, in the sublimation process, to embed photos into porcelain or ceramic mugs. The sublimation process is like baking the photograph into the mug using heat infusion technique. All our custom-made mugs are of top-quality, ensuring precision in colour, design, and artwork.

Can I use your personalized mugs in the microwave? Are they dishwasher and microwave safe?

PrintYo’s porcelain and ceramic mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe. The only exception is our gold and silver colour bright mugs. Our Magic Mug is safe to be used in the microwave, but please hand wash it. Our Enamel Mug range isn’t dishwasher and microwave safe.

Is it possible to print my own photos on the mug?

Absolutely! Not just a photograph, you can design a mug as per your wishes. Get artwork, messages, texts, and photograph printed on mugs. Upload your photograph, design, and/or message after you have chosen a mug. Alternatively, you can also email us your photograph or design along with order number. In case you are stuck in the designing step, hire our designers to assist you.

What are your dispatch timings?

1-3 Mugs: Next day after the approval and payment 3-5 Mugs: 2nd day after the approval and payment 5-10 Mugs: 2nd day after the approval and payment 10-25 Mugs: 3rd day after the approval and payment 25-50 Mugs: 5th day after the approval and payment 50-100 Mugs: 7th day after the approval and payment 100+ : as per the requirement and our capacity

Do you provide same day mug printing service?

Yes, PrintYo provides same-day printing service if the order is placed before 11am. However, it depends on the type of order and the quantity. Best way is to call us on 03 8657 9428 and find out if we can do same day printing for you. We also offer next day dispatch for most of our orders.

Do you provide gift wrap service?

Unfortunately, at the moment we are not providing gift wrap service

What is the print size?

Our ideal print size is 18cm x 8cm. For more information and specific requests, you can mail us or call on 03 8657 9428.

Do you also provide business promotional mugs in bulk?

Yes, we have an extensive range of business promotional mugs. We accept bulk orders from businesses and offer unique customization for each mug as well. For instance, businesses can place a bulk order of custom design mugs, with the name of the individual client printed on each one.

Can I have Personalised message Mugs?

Yes surely you can. You can select any style of our mugs and we can custom design with your personalised message.

Can I print a different design on the other side of the mug?

Yes you surely can.

What is the largest image size I can use?

Prepare your design at around 2500 × 1000 pixels, 300 DPI for the safest high-quality output.

Do you offer a live preview of my design?

Before the mug goes off for printing you get to see the digital preview. Once you are satisfied, then we proceed for printing.

We will design the products as per your artwork or photos and we will always email you a design preview before we print.

Step 3.

Please upload your artwork/photos/files. You only have to upload your original photos and we will set them in the design. We will always email you a design preview before we print. You can also choose to email us your artwork later or let us design the artwork.

Once the artwork is uploaded, please click on finish and checkout or click on continue shopping to shop more.

Step 4.

Enter your shipping details. Select the shipping method and mode of payment and click Place Order. You will receive order confirmation email with the details. We will then process your order and send you the design preview within 1 business day. Once you check and approve, we will then print your order as per the dispatch time.

The delivery & shipping guide is calculated at the checkout on the day you place the order.

Typical Delivery Charges:

$9.99 Standard Delivery in 2-5 working days

$11.99 Aus Post Express Delivery in 1-4 working days

For bulk orders, we typically use TNT and Sendle. Delivery cost is Free for orders above $200 except products in drinkware.

Next-day dispatch is applicable to orders of lower volume and must be ordered before 11 am. During checkout for every order, we will show the exact delivery cost.

Next-day dispatch is subject to stock availability. if your order is urgent and have a deadline, please communicate with us.

However, we cannot guarantee next-day dispatch for certain products or in case of some unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery times for orders made after 8 pm AEST are calculated from the next business day. Some products have different delivery options and delivery times – see “Exceptions” for a list.
