Does the ink crack or fade over time?

No. Our sublimation process makes sure the ink doesn’t fade with time. In fact, all our apparels are “no feel.” You won’t feel the ink or any sort of cracking.

What about the color match?

You can machine-wash our socks, inside-out with cold water. Make sure you tumble dry them on low heat or line dry. For long-lasting socks, wash them with a mild detergent. Avoid the use of fabric softener and dryer sheets.

Bulk orders take time depending upon the order size. We notify you about it after you place the order. For other orders, our usual dispatch time is within 24-48 hours. Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days to metro cities and suburbs. We deliver via Australian Post.

For bulk orders, we typically use TNT and Sendle. Delivery cost is Free for orders above $200 except products in drinkware.

Next-day dispatch is applicable to orders of lower volume and must be ordered before 11 am. During checkout for every order, we will show the exact delivery cost.

Next-day dispatch is subject to stock availability. if your order is urgent and have a deadline, please communicate with us.

However, we cannot guarantee next-day dispatch for certain products or in case of some unforeseen circumstances.
