Yes, PrintYo prints names, logos, and artwork of individuals and brands on pens.

Do you charge extra for printing company information?

PrintYo doesn’t charge extra for printing standard text in one colour. Each pen specifies the standard number of lines and characters it can carry.

How to submit my logo?

Yes, we can print logo and text both as per your requirements. Get in touch with our sales team for exact pricing via email [email protected].

Can you print my logo on one side and text on another?

You can submit your logo while placing the order. Alternatively, you can email it to us after you checkout.

Can you print on the clip?

Yes, printing on the clip is availble.

What is the minimum run to place an order?

Our minimum run is 25 pcs to initiate an order.

What colour in ink?

As standard, all pens come with blue ink. If you need any other colour, please mention in the comments while placing the order.

Do you print full colour?

As of now, we can print upto four colours.

I forgot to upload my artwork while placing the order. What should I do now?

You can email us your artwork after checkout. Please make sure to mention the order number in the email.

Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes, we accept bulk orders for corporate giftings.

How much is printing of logo or text?

We offer logo printing of upto three colours for free, including in the cost.

Can you do engraving on the pens?

Yes, we do engraving on metal and wood pens. Please do mention in comments while placing the order.

Will you provide me with a proof before printing?

Yes, we will provide you with a mock-up before we go to print.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free anywhere in Australia.

What is the lead time?

We will print and deliver in 7-9 working days. However, if there are any unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you of the ETA.

Please upload your artwork/photos/files. You only have to upload your original photos and we will set them in the design. We will always email you a design preview before we print. You can also choose to email us your artwork later or let us design the artwork.

Once the artwork is uploaded, please click on finish and checkout or click on continue shopping to shop more.

Step 4.

Enter your shipping details. Select the shipping method and mode of payment and click Place Order. You will receive order confirmation email with the details. We will then process your order and send you the design preview within 1 business day. Once you check and approve, we will then print your order as per the dispatch time.

Typical Delivery Charges:

$9.99 Standard Delivery in 2-5 working days

$11.99 Aus Post Express Delivery in 1-4 working days

For bulk orders, we typically use TNT and Sendle. Delivery cost is Free for orders above $200 except products in drinkware.

Next-day dispatch is applicable to orders of lower volume and must be ordered before 11 am. During checkout for every order, we will show the exact delivery cost.

Next-day dispatch is subject to stock availability. if your order is urgent and have a deadline, please communicate with us.

However, we cannot guarantee next-day dispatch for certain products or in case of some unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery times for orders made after 8 pm AEST are calculated from the next business day. Some products have different delivery options and delivery times – see “Exceptions” for a list.
