How long stickers will last?

Durability will depend on surface, care and weather conditions. Typically stickers will last 1-3 years.

Are your stickers weatherproof?

Yes we can laminate the stickers to make them weatherproof. You can select that option while placing the order.

Do you offer same day dispatch?

Yes, we offer a same day dispatch provided you place an order before 11 AM.

Can I preview the sticker design before paying?

Yes, you can preview and proof the sticker design. Infact, we always send a mock up for you to check and approve. Once you approve, we will then process with printing.

I forgot to upload my artwork while placing the order. What should I do now?

You can email us your artwork after checkout. Please make sure to mention the order number in the email.

Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes, we accept bulk orders and trade pricing.

I placed the order with Express shipping. When do you think it will arrive?

Yes, an order placed with Express shipping should be delivered in 1-2 business days. However, we cannot take responsibility of Aus Post or any other courier company.

What is your return and refund policy?

Once the proof is approved and the order is printed, we cannot refund any money. However, if you receive the goods damaged or not similar to proof approved then we will either replace the damaged goods or refund the money. However, you should inform us within 7 working days from the day goods are delivered as we can only process re-run or refunds within 7 days. Clients will have to return the goods at their own expense.

Can I upload more than 1 design for the order?

Yes, you may upload more than 1 for the order, while placing the order you will find an additional info section where you could upload mutiple artworks.

Are there any extra charges for designing?

Typically there are no designing charges , but it some cases if the requirement or the design is complicated, we may charge design set up fee or design trace fee if we have to convert the logo or design in vector for high printing quality.

What is the turnaround time for stickers?

It depends on the quantity and the type of shipping method opted. Typically upto 500 stickers take 1-2 business days to print, 500+ stickers take 2-4 business days. Express Shipping orders are typically delivered within 1-2 business days and with standard shipping within 4-7 business days.

Can I look at my design before printing?

Yes absolutely. We always send a mock up for you to check and approve. Once you approve, we will then process with printing.

Can I mark my order urgent?

Yes, you can mention in notes and we will try and dispatch your order urgently.

Do you do pickups?

Yes, you can pick up your order from our office in Thomastown, Melbourne. While placing the order, please select pick from office option under shipping.

What to do when a discount code is not applied?

Place your order without the discount code and email us at [email protected] with your order number. We will manually apply the discount and credit the discount amount.

Do you have a retail store to visit?

We work from our warehouse in Thomastown. Even though we do not have a display front store, you are always welcome to visit our warehouse to see the stickers quality and printing. Just dont get scared by the mess in our warehouse!

What is the fastest shipping method?

Fastest shipping method is Express Shipping Via Aus Post.

Please upload your artwork/photos/files. You only have to upload your original photos and we will set them in the design. We will always email you a design preview before we print. You can also choose to email us your artwork later or let us design the artwork.

Once the artwork is uploaded, please click on finish and checkout or click on continue shopping to shop more.

Step 4.

Enter your shipping details. Select the shipping method and mode of payment and click Place Order. You will receive order confirmation email with the details. We will then process your order and send you the design preview within 1 business day. Once you check and approve, we will then print your order as per the dispatch time.

Typical Delivery Charges:

$9.99 Standard Delivery in 2-5 working days

$11.99 Aus Post Express Delivery in 1-4 working days

For bulk orders, we typically use TNT and Sendle. Delivery cost is Free for orders above $200 except products in drinkware.

Next-day dispatch is applicable to orders of lower volume and must be ordered before 11 am. During checkout for every order, we will show the exact delivery cost.

Next-day dispatch is subject to stock availability. if your order is urgent and have a deadline, please communicate with us.

However, we cannot guarantee next-day dispatch for certain products or in case of some unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery times for orders made after 8 pm AEST are calculated from the next business day. Some products have different delivery options and delivery times – see “Exceptions” for a list.
