Every request is different. Some printing jobs can be produced in minutes while others may take several days to get completed. The client needs to tell us about the deadline and our team will let them know about the time it can be done. We go to great lengths to fulfill the demanding deadlines.
The design technology has come a long way to get the color. However, there can be a noticeable difference in spatial conformity and color scheme from monitor to monitor.
A one-off copy is printed documented that can be used for visual inspection. This way we ensure the color and layout matched the document exactly.
If you want product pages in two-color printing, simply place your order as usual. Just place-specific comments for two-color jobs.
Yes, you can go to the custom printing options to request a quote for the same.
For such orders, place a separate order for different printed size. For instance, if you want 4 brochures of different sizes then place an order separately. The price of sizes is different so it’s better to get a custom price quote.
We recommend you use offset printing if: You are concern about the quality You have a high-volume printing (more than 250 business cards) You want a paper that is thicker than 14 pt. If the finished product is more than 12” X18” Use digital printing if: You need the product in a shorter time may be less than 5 business days You need low-volume printing, maybe less than 250 business cards, and 1000 brochure You need different data printing
We do free artwork check and proofing before the order is printed to make sure we prepare the right file. However, the files which you are sending should be in the proper size with the font you want to use. Texts should not be oversized and should never be written on the graphics. Acceptable formats include:
  • EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)
  • AI (Adobe Illustrator)
  • PDF (Adobe Reader PDF)
  • PSD (Adobe Photoshop)
  • JPEG (High-Resolution JPEG)
  • TIFF (High-Resolution TIFF)
Depending on the resolution and pixels, PSD, JPEG, TIFF, files get blurry when enlarged. Thumbnail JPGs or GIFs cannot be used for large prints. If submitting these files please follow these guidelines.
  • 100% scale (full size output) at 100 dpi
  • 100% scale at 200 dpi or higher
  • 50% scale at 300 dpi or higher
  • 25% scale at 600-1200 dpi
We use Australian Post and Capital Couriers as our delivery partners. Price starts from $8.95.
Once the goods are approved and printed we do not take any returns or refund money. However, if the error is on our part and the print does not match the approved copy then we will either send the replacement or refund the money. Please do note that color matching cannot be classed as an error because colors look different on every screen and we cannot match screen colors.
Every effort will be made to get the best possible full-color reproduction but we do not guarantee the exact color match of the client’s photographs or any material. Also, we cannot guarantee the exact color matching calibration of the camera, monitor and printer.

Yes sure. This process comes as default with all our orders, free of charge.
Once completed and placed, your personalized order is immediately sent to our production facilities so that we may offer you expedient service, with orders often personalized and shipped within 24 hours! Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.

We inspect every item again for quality and accuracy before it ships to you or someone special. We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition with its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your personalization and order details before submitting your order. You can customize your text and images the way you want. You can also supply us with your artwork. However, we reserve the right to refuse the production of prohibited content or artwork.
After submitting your artwork it goes to the production team. Once they start printing it then no changes can be made.
